More than a decade ago, Maritech Maritime Training Studies and Manning Services, Inc. was established by four gentlemen who believed that the Filipino Seafarers can carry out their role at par with the rest through quality training and assessment. Mr. Nestor Materiales, the late Capt. Rovigon Garcia, the late Capt. Wally Rivas and Capt. Edwin Itable developed and upgraded training courses with the aim to impart underpinning knowledge to seafarers.

Up to this date, we continually live by this principle. Thus, we constantly search for better ways to enrich the quality of training and assessment we provide.
